Timeless Transfers provides private passenger transport services (airport transfers and related services) subject to prior booking through the website.
Services may include:
- Airport transfers (arrival and departure)
- Private transfers
- Transfers to events or tourist destinations
3. Booking Process
3.1. A booking is only considered confirmed after confirmation by email.
3.2. The customer must ensure that all booking details are correct, including:
- Dates and times
- Pick-up and drop-off locations
- Number of passengers and luggage
3.3. Timeless Transfers reserves the right to refuse any booking in case of:
- Incorrect or incomplete information
- Service unavailability
4. Prices and Payments
4.1. All prices shown include applicable taxes (if required by law).
4.2. Payment must be made using the methods available on the website.
4.3. A booking is only guaranteed after payment confirmation, where applicable.
5. Cancellations and Amendments
5.1 Customer Cancellation
- Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the service: full refund
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before: no refund
5.2 Amendments
- Subject to availability
- May incur additional costs
- Must be requested via email
5.3 Cancellation by the Company
If the service cannot be provided:
- The customer will be notified
- A full refund will be issued
6. Right of Withdrawal
According to Directive 2011/83/EU and Portuguese Decree-Law no. 24/2014, the right of withdrawal does not apply to transport services with a specific date or period of performance.
Therefore, no right of withdrawal applies after booking confirmation.
7. Service Conditions
7.1 Waiting Time
- Airport pick-ups: up to 60 minutes after flight arrival
- Other pick-ups: up to 10 minutes after scheduled time
After this period, the booking may be considered a no-show, and no refund will be due.
7.2 Customer Responsibilities
The customer must:
- Be present at the agreed time and location
- Provide a valid contact number
- Ensure all booking details are correct
7.3 Delays and Force Majeure
Timeless Transfers shall not be held liable for delays caused by:
- Traffic conditions
- Weather conditions
- Accidents
- Flight delays
- Events beyond the company’s control
8. Luggage
8.1. Each passenger is entitled to:
- 1 standard suitcase + hand luggage
8.2. Additional luggage must be declared at the time of booking.
8.3. The company is not responsible for:
- Lost items
- Damaged luggage
- Forgotten belongings
9. Conduct and Right of Refusal
The company reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger who:
- Is under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Displays aggressive or unsafe behavior
- Poses a risk to the driver or other passengers
It is strictly prohibited:
- To smoke inside the vehicle
- To consume alcohol or illegal substances
10. Liability
10.1. The company’s liability is limited to the provision of the contracted service.
10.2. Timeless Transfers shall not be liable for:
- Indirect damages
- Missed flights or appointments
- Circumstances beyond its control
10.3. In case of proven negligence, liability shall be limited to the value of the service booked.
11. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Data is used solely for:
- Booking management
- Customer communication
- Legal compliance
